It says adult, but it's unsafe for all ages who dislike brutality
It's brutal, but also lighthearted thanks to the comedy. Also, I know the princess is on the cover, but she isn't very paired up with him (she does rape him if that counts enough for you). I was tricked by it and surprised by her ending (?), she appears on the trial by chapter 50 something.

Raoul was a good wide eyed little hero whose reasons to become one were caused by people close by, and later on those same reasons with the truth uncovered turned him into a revengeful guy.

I mean, what happened to his mom and to everybody in his village? Horrifying. What happened to his sister? Even worse somehow, what the actual fuck.

It's no wonder he became so twisted, but even so, he has such imagination for revenge, when you think he can't think of anything anymore, he makes his childhood friend goes through a thousand and more deaths, like birthing a healthy young baby! I can see what you did there, Raoul.

There's so many trigger warnings I could slap on this shit, rape, child abuse, the birth horror, the bug horror, the eyes gouging, the castration (you don't see like see the dick but it's there... until it's not anymore lol), mind control, hypnotism, cannibalism, body horror galore, probably stuff I have forgotten as well. It's not for the vanilla.

Also, there isn't exactly a plot. It's building up for now to punish the king eventually, just like Wendell and the fucked up Saintess took a while to receive the revenge. Is there a point to the revenge? I guess taking out the people who have been making people's lives hell in the story. Is there a point for you to read it? To get off, I would say. Because really, the gore and fucked up expressions and the fucked up torture doesn't get better in stopping, they just keep going and going until the story ends, I suppose?

If you are expecting something that makes you feel illuminated and learn anything, it teaches new tortures and humanity is trash, but other than that, this manga will make you cry of horror and sadness (or of laughter if you are sadist). Way better than Magical Girl of the End, if I must compare to another story that is also a trauma conga of making the main character's and other's life the most horrifying and pitiful.

Maybe it's the character agency in most stuff having happened in the past, and now he's able to take, well, revenge?

I loved the story, the plot, the art, the characters, even the most fucked up characters are somewhat... entertaining. It's an entertaining story. Not good to read on the bus because some parts are disgusting-looking, but if you like the content and your triggers don't hit on what I mentioned, you might enjoy it! Might, because if you aren't having fun or being aroused by Raoul's sadistic evil face then you won't go very far. I love his evul expressions!
