  Good Precure movie, that presents a well paced story, a lovable original character and amazing fights

  This movie is definitely my favorite among the two Healin' Good ones and, in general, I consider it a quite good Precure’s one.

  Unlike “Miracle Leap”, the pacing of the story is not fast, so the events and new characters are properly introduced, making it easier for the spectator to grow fond of Kaguya (in fact, I think Precure movies often struggle to create a solid connection with the original characters). The story of the bond between her and her mother is also a strong point of the film: initially driven by a common desire to help all the people of the world, Sarena finds herself forced to sacrifice some individuals for the survival of her daughter. I find their moments together in flashbacks are also very cute.

  

  The bond between Nodoka and Kaguya is another gem of the movie: both are young girls who have had little experience of the world and whose sources of support have always been their parents. Their confrontations at the bench and the one in the finale encapsulates the basis of their friendship and how important it is for the growth of both of them. Also, in this trip, Nodoka has had a great experience with Hinata, Chiyu and her mother, who also had a nice moment at the beginning of the climax of the film.

  

  A flaw of the movie is definitely the role of the Yes! Precure 5, who appeared very little, so much that they even made an audio drama to learn more about them (what they were doing in Tokyo, Bunbee, how they knew the Healin' Good and how they were captured), while such informations should have been directly stated in the movie. Nevertheless, their presence certainly has a strong thematic importance and the union between Dream and Grace is a fanservice scene that I really appreciated, even if they went a bit overboard with the number of exclusive forms.

  

  The villain is fine and functional to the narrative, although I would have liked if it had been explained his connection with the Byogenz. The technical level of the fights was very high, they got me excited very much: the work is to be commended, since the movie was produced in 2020-2021. Apart from Nodoka, the other girls have a similar role to the one they have in the series, while Asumi perhaps has even less relevance. The ending was perhaps too abrupt and I felt like it lacked a real epilogue, with the exception of Kaguya's birthday party.
