Detective Higa is on a leave of absence investigating Sei Shido, an officer in the Ichikura-gumi gang and a person of interest in a particular case. He goes undercover to ask him for a job, and discovers that despite his intimidating presence, Shido is a beautiful man who oozes wanton sex appeal.
