DESCRIPTION
Yumeji has a big problem, and no, it's not that he's gay (for now, anyway). Despite his good looks, excellent grades, and talent for sports, he's not getting any, and it has everything to do with the fact that he's impotent thanks to a traumatizing event back in middle school. Nothing seems to help, and since Viagra is apparently not a viable solution in Japan, he's practically lost all hope--until he meets underclassmen Seiji, who's violent, tactless, and says whatever is on his mind. Conveniently enough, he's also in love with Yumeji.

BL about an Impotent guy in an abusive relationshipContinue on AniListthis literally made me sick to my stomach, this is a textbook example of an abusive relationships more so then any yaoi title Iv read before and I have read many hundreds of them, I would have been able to look past the abusive relationship in this manga except for the fact that its not really being resolved the one being abused gets upset from time to time but after being apologized to gets dragged back in even though he is afraid of the one he is in this so called relationship with, I never really give opinions on things but this one was to upsetting not to since whoever has made this manga seems to believe these types of relationships are ok and that an apology resets any abuse for it to start all over again
so to give you an idea of the story it mainly revolves around a male who is impotent who meets another male who through forces him to be in a relationship with him the impotent male goes along with him out of pure fear of this other guy both fear of what the guy would do to him if he refused him and fear of being alone because he seems to only be able to become erect when being touched by this guy, (now to clarify Iv have read plenty of BL manga with guys who act aggressively or coldly but for some reason they took this concept to an uncomfortable level and usually in those other manga there is later discovered to be a reason for there actions like they where acting that way because they where nervous or worried over something but in the case of this manga I saw no real characteristics like that in this abusive person and it was the only time I truly felt like a character in a BL manga was truly the definition of abusive right down to the insincerely apologizing then continuing to act the same way, Iv disliked plenty of BL before weather it be the story or the art just not being to my taste but I don't think Iv ever felt this kind of repulsion towards a BL title before which is why for really the first time I felt the need to voice my opinion and write this review
there really isn't much else to say about this title but there is a character requirement for this review so I will continue with this to the person who created this manga who will probably never see this and if so probably does not know English and possibly to the English translators of this manga who may or may not have taken liberties with the source material I know this is a fictitious work and is full of scenarios which almost never happen or apply to real life situations but I do also know that a lot of times artist are either inspired by real life experience or by there true feelings and if that is the case please understand that these kind of relationships are extremely unhealthy and very toxic so if you or really anyone is in this kind of relationship IRL then please seek help from a good friend or councilor or therapist and just be safe and carful with who you are around and who you choose to have a relationship with p.s. sorry if I'm being to preachy at the end here
